The Data Subject has the right to submit any request or instruction related to the processing of personal data to the Data Controller in writing in one of the following ways: by direct delivery to the address; by post; by email, as indicated at the bottom of this text. Upon receipt of such a request or instruction, the Data Controller shall, no later than one month from the date of application, provide a response and perform the actions specified in the request or refuse to perform them. If necessary, the specified period may be extended by another two months, depending on the complexity and number of requests. In such a case, within one month from the date of receipt of the request, the Data Controller shall inform the Data Subject of such an extension, along with the reasons for the delay.
